Here is a law blog written by a Chinese local lawyer, Jenny Zhang and her friends.
With an intention to share the information and communicate with friends, Jenny started to write this blog in 2008. As the quantity of the articles increased, our writings attract more and more visitors all over the world.
On June, 2010, we just amended the blog and we want the blog could serve those who are interested in China and Chinese laws, especially the businessmen in Dalian.

About Jenny Zhang
Jenny Zhang, attorney at law in Victory Law Firm of Liaoning, Dalian, China. She specializes in international trade issues, foreign direct investment and also acts as personal legal counsel in Dalian.
She has participated in many international and Chinese cases and projects, including, but not limited to, FDI & Reinvestment, IPR Protection, home and international trade, litigation and arbitration. From 2006, she has been especially involved in projects on shipbuilding and ship repairs. Her team has helped many clients in contract drafting and negotiation, project financing with its contactors.
Jenny speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
